Odyssey House Trust Christchurch provides therapeutic support and education to clients with drug and alcohol addictions. Our mission is to reduce the harm to the individual, family and community by reducing the long term effects of addictions.
Information on Supports
For information on our services and support please ring the phone numbers as listed, email or leave a phone message for support groups we directly support. The Friday group (click here for more information) and the 24/7 support group (click here for more information). Other support groups are NA and AA.
If you require immediate support or information on alcohol or other drugs an option is to ring the alcohol and drug helpline on 0800 787 797 – free from landline or mobile – open 10am-10pm outside of these hours you could contact lifeline on 0800 543 354.

If you require information on alcohol and drug treatment services we suggest you visit the treatment directory website at www.addictionshelp.org.nz . This website contains a regionalised database of all the publicly funded addiction treatment and advice services available in New Zealand - privately funded organisations are not included.

Picnic Tables and Furniture
Under the supervision of our Woodwork Instructor, our residents build and sell picnic tables. When you are next having a picnic at Groynes or Spencer Park, you may be sitting at a table made by us. These tables are available for purchase. The workshop also makes other furniture items.
